Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-refundable:
• Custom jewelry (including custom pendants, grillz, and personalized pieces)
• Items made to order
• Worn or damaged items
• Final sale items
Custom pieces are uniquely created for each customer and cannot be resold.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing or production and cannot be canceled.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
